We pair coaching in snowboarding, surfing, and skating with workshops on confidence building and embracing new life stages (perimenopause, new mums etc).

We work with aspiring and board level women (and gender minorities) to inspire confidence and risk taking.
We pair board sport instruction with workshops & experienced speakers to provide one of a kind inspiration days and courses.
